94fbr Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms

By using the 94fbr in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming any bonus — you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the platform 94fbr.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 94fbr. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of accumulated balances and bonuses without any compensation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name as it appears on your identification document, an active email address, a valid phone number, and your exact date of birth. 94fbr is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or false information provided during registration.

• Account information must be kept up to date whenever any changes occur.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility unless you report the theft or unauthorised access to the support team 94fbr immediately.
• Transferring or lending your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

94fbr only processes financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted or processed by this platform.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Deposits are typically processed instantly upon transaction confirmation from the payment provider. 94fbr is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties (payment providers or financial institutions).

Minimum Deposit: RM 20 per transaction.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests from 94fbr will be processed in under 5 minutes via the same payment method used for your deposit. For security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• 94fbr reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Should there be any doubt regarding a transaction, 94fbr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until the investigation is concluded.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers at 94fbr is subject to the specific conditions stated in each respective offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by those conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus funds or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered fraudulent activity and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Hedge betting (bonus hunting or arbitrage) using bonus funds is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6Game Rules

All games available at 94fbr — including Fish Hunter, American Roulette, Book of Cleopatra, Crazy Coin Flip, Cash Rocket, Turkish Blackjack, and 32 Cards — are subject to their respective game rules, which are clearly stated on each game's page.

When playing at 94fbr, you agree that:

• All game outcomes are final and may not be disputed once a round has concluded, except in cases of verified technical errors.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) system used by 94fbr has been independently audited and produces results that are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated.

94fbr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions, or for other reasons deemed reasonable by the management of 94fbr.

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation:

• Funds originating from fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms may be forfeited in full without compensation.
• Bonuses and winnings obtained through means that violate these terms may be voided.
• The original deposit amount (excluding bonuses and winnings linked to the violation) may be returned at the discretion of 94fbr once the investigation has been completed.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team 94fbr via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

Maximum liability 94fbr to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
